Informatics for Diabetes Education And Telemedicine IDEATel Home Help and Technical Support IDEATel Case Management Systems The IDEATel project utilizes the SMS-Communihealth diabetes case management system. Physicians who have patients enrolled in the IDEATel study are automatically given Communihealth accounts. CPMC physicians should use their WebCIS account and password to access the case management system. Caregiver Website (SecurID card required for remote access) Patient Website (Only accessable from Home Telemedicine Units) The information in Case Management Systems is confidential, and use is on the need-to-know basis.
